My PPC management fees are based on ad spend brackets, which allows both the client and myself to know exactly what the fees will be on any given month.

What kinds of fees do I use?

For PPC management, I use a Monthly Management Fee, and One Time Tune Up Fee.

Monthly PPC Management Fee

The more money being spent in an account means there is more data being accrued in the account. The more data I need to analyze, the more time I'm putting into my optimizations on a monthly basis.

My monthly fee is based on a combined ad spend bracket across all Google Ads campaigns under my management. The monthly management fee covers all the ongoing optimizations I do in your Google Ads accounts to increase its profitability and performance over time.

For example, if I'm managing Google Shopping, Search, and Remarketing campaigns, the total combined spend between all campaigns will be counted towards your total monthly spend.

I think you are very affordable, especially for the amount of value you provide.

Why do I use Ad Spend brackets?

Simplicity

It's simpler both for myself and the client to know what exactly the monthly fee be at any given time.

Transparency

If I was charging a flat percentage of ad spend, some clients may feel that a suggestion to increase budget in a particular campaign is being suggested with the ulterior motive of being able to bill the client more at the end of the month.

With brackets, there is always room to spend more without any increase in fees.

Strategic approach

It's simplifies the billing process to charge for a combined spend across all active campaigns instead of charging for each campaign type (Shopping, Search, Remarketing, Display) separately.

Additionally, since I manage PPC accounts with a high level strategy, monthly budget it very often shifted to different campaigns based on where performance gains will be most likely realized.
